ORWELL WAS A FORMER BRITISH SOCIALIST, WHO BECAME DISILLUSIONED WITH THE LIES AND DOUBLETALK.
 
HE WROTE THE FAMOUS NOVEL 1984 TO SHOW WHERE SUCH AN IDEOLOGY WOULD EVENTUALLY LEAD THE WORLD.
